We are located in the Pineywoods of East Texas, in Lufkin. It is our mission to meet the mental health needs of the community with evidence-based practices that are proven to be effective. We strive to provide for the needs of the community through the important work that we do, and through involvement in supporting community efforts in addressing and reducing the stigma of mental health. We offer individual counseling sessions for adults, children, and teens, and we also offer couples, family, and group therapy. We are located at 1609 W. Frank Ave in Lufkin, and at 310 N. University in Nacogdoches. We also provide telehealth services.
