The Jamaica Central Labour Organisation (JCLO) is a department of the Government of Jamaica’s Ministry of Labour and Social Security. JCLO connects U.S. employers with seasonal, English-speaking workers from Jamaica through the H-2A and H-2B programs. We maintain a pool of qualified workers who are prescreened, vetted, and ready for selection. Our workers are proudly serving across the United States in industries such as agriculture, landscaping and hospitality.
