Working with developers, not-for-profits, housing authorities, and governmental agencies, we have gained a wealth of experience and understand the unique challenges with residential facilities. In addition to the physical design considerations for occupant comfort, maintenance, traffic, safety, and aesthetic appeal, we have a strong database of construction cost information to draw from to develop accurate project budgets so project stakeholders can make informed decisions. Many of the projects we have designed conform to NYS HCR and/or NYS OTDA HHAP design standards and we have assisted clients in navigating the approvals and funding process.
