Twenty years ago the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) entered into force. After the successful update of the political declaration in 2015, it is time now to reflect on the lessons learned, objectives achieved and challenges ahead (in particular, the potential Modernisation of the ECT).
The Forum aims to stimulate
a dialogue between governments,
companies and other relevant stakeholders, through interactive debates.
Therefore, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and opinions.
