Continuing Education Units: 5.5 contact hours have been requested for licensed nursing home administrators and licensed nurses through the Arkansas State Office of Long Term Care for this Continuing Education Activity.
Course Objectives Include:
• Participants will understand the 5 components of PDPM driven by information included on the MDS assessment(s).
• Participants will understand how the variable per diem (VPD) affects the daily. Medicare rates.
• Participants will be exposed to operational challenges of PDPM moving forward and solutions to those challenges.
