The fall All Member Meeting will feature a broad and deep program that, together with the technical workshops and networking activities, will result in a robust and engaging agenda. This two-and-a-half-day event will be a blend of business-level content, technical presentations, workshops, and Birds of a Feather sessions. As we continue to enhance the agenda, we invite you to review the Call for Proposals and Speakers link below and consider participating as a speaker or panelist in this our first in-person AMM in the US since the pandemic. 

 

Program and Meeting Highlights 

Tuesday, Oct. 18 – Welcome and organization update from Matt Jones, COVESA President, followed by sessions introducing and sharing the status of COVESA technical and marketing activities. The COVESA Welcome Reception will follow, and we hope you’ll join us to start your networking and plan your schedule for the week. 

 

Wednesday, Oct. 19 – Our keynote speaker, Lisa Drake, Vice President, EV Industrialization, at Ford Motor Company, will open the program consisting of business-focused talks and panels, technical and birds-of-a-feather sessions, and followed by the ever-popular COVESA Member Showcase and Reception. Sponsorships and demo tables are still available, with details on the registration site.  

 

Thursday, Oct. 20 – On day 3, our program will include COVESA technical project sessions and a variety of In-Vehicle Payment (IVP) and Data Security sessions, the latter led by the COVESA Security Team.
