No matter how strong superwoman may appear to be, there are times that even she must temporarily retire her cape. Every woman needs moments to reflect, renew and refuel, so that she may be effective, and live a “well” life.  Drawing strength from prayer, meditation and sisterhood, women can reignite their fire and embrace their healing so that they can soar. 

The Freedom Church of Jacksonville has prepared a day called “A Well Woman”, taken from the woman Jesus encountered in John 4. It is a one-day conference featuring incredible worships, dynamic sessions, and a variety of practical workshops packed with insight, information, and the tangible tools necessary to become a woman that is “Well” in the areas of life that matter most. Get ready to laugh, cry and rediscover who you are and who you have the potential to become. You are “A Well Woman”.
