ROOM TYPE

As a standard option we provide accommodation in twin rooms. It is possible to accommodate in a single room, upon prior notification and provided availability. You will also have to pay an additional fee. Please check options below.

In case of random events, the participant is obliged to inform the organizer (CLICO) about his absence. Otherwise he/she will incur the cost of accommodation on the period indicated by him/her.

Please declare the type of dishes that we will serve you during the gala dinner on 15th of May, resulting from your dietary preferences or diet. For the rest of the meals, we will prepare a buffet taking into account all of the following options.
