The annual Singapore Association for Laboratory Animal Science (SALAS) Conference
will be held on 8 – 9 November 2018 at
Rendezvous Hotel. The venue has a
trendsetting nature, fused with historical setting and just few steps away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station making it a perfect and convenient
location for the scientific conference and gathering.
This year’s
conference theme is “Advancements
in Laboratory Animal Care and Management, Facilitating Research Innovations”. Speakers were invited from the pool of experts in the fields of
laboratory bio-safety, veterinary and animal research to share the recent
updates, technology and modern approaches in animal care and facility management
to facilitate the conduct of innovative research. We are especially excited
that specialized research procedures and unique animal models will be featured as
well!
Additionally,
there will also be poster competition
in two separate categories which will be opened for students and laboratory

The organizing committee
dedicates this event to SALAS members and interested parties in this field, and
everyone’s presence is highly welcomed and anticipated.
