Welcome!

 

The Courage to Risk Conference is a collaborative conference comprised of a variety of organizations committed to the educational success of students with diverse learning needs. The mission of the CTR conference is to provide quality educational experiences to parents, students, teachers, and community members; to provide networking experiences for participants; to motivate those working with students with diverse learning needs. The CTR committee seeks to accomplish this by planning a conference in Colorado for educators and families of students with diverse learning needs.


We are pleased to announce that the 34th Annual Courage to Risk Conference will be held in-person at the beautiful Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs on January 20-21,2023.

Anthony Allmaras is a sophomore in the College of Engineering at the University of Nebraska, majoring in Architectural Engineering. He is a member of the Honors Program, Engineering Living & Learning Committee, and Delta Chi fraternity.

Mary Allmaras is the proud mother of Anthony Allmaras. She currently is the Head of Cyber Defense Operations at DISH.

The Broadmoor has a parking garage adjacent to the resort ($15.00 per day, no in-and-out).


Valet parking is also available for $28.00 per day. You may be ticketed or towed if you park on the street or in residential lots.


Carpooling is recommended as parking is limited. 


For those staying at the Broadmoor Resort: Overnight Self-parking is $25 per night and Overnight Valet parking is $35 per night.
