A European Final Conference on the monitoring of places where children are deprived of their liberty, organized and promoted by DCI-Belgium (for more information click here). This Conference will be the occasion to launch the very first European Practical Guide dedicated to the monitoring of places of deprivation of liberty for children and is the culmination of a two-year EU-funded project. 

This highly specialised event will gather experts and key representatives of the EU and the Council of Europe's Member States as well as members of National Preventive Mechanisms, Ombudspersons and National Human Rights Institutions, international organisations, NGOs, academics and officials.
