This ride officialy starts at Trafalgar square and ends at the Sailing Club in Seaford
We will muster by the Imperial War Museum just south of the Thames
The route is just under 80 miles long and is a mixture of road and track
We recommend 25mm tyres as a minimum

Transport will be arranged for you and your bike for which there may be a small charge

Participants should be sure that they are fit enough to ride this route and take food, drinks, bike inner tubes, patches, tyre leavers, pumps etc plus the correct cycling attire for the conditions on the day.
The charge for transport will depend on the mode of transport. Note that if participants travel on the train, there is a bus from Seaford to Lewes due to works on the line.
