This is a hands-on workshop designed to help people find a sense of peace and comfort during challenging times. Participants will have an opportunity to create their own pathway to healing during this session.
I have found through experience that the most effective first responder manifests from balancing that part of us with stillness and remaining emotionally connected with ourselves and others.
Chris will lead you through different breath work practices and explain the pathophysiology of what is happening in the body when we consciously breathe. He will also share how it changed his life.
An hour long presentation about one of the largest early intervention responses in the history of the RCMP.
