Lawrence Yun, Ph.D.

Dr. Yun oversees and is responsible for a wide range of research activity for the association including Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report.

Josh Lehner

Josh Lehner develops the State of Oregon’s quarterly economic forecast, including outlooks for employment, income, and housing.

Lorelei Juntunen

Lorelei leads a consulting practice at the intersection of public investment and community development. She is currently leading the effort to develop a methodology for evaluating statewide and regional housing need in Oregon.

Deborah Flagan

20 years ago, Deborah Flagan joined the largest private homebuilder in the PNW, Hayden Homes. Today Deborah advocates for successful tools to drive housing affordability and availability for the middle market throughout the PNW.

Alma Flores

Alma joined REACH CDC, a local non-profit affordable housing developer, in 2019. She currently oversees the development of over 400 units of affordable housing and is planning for the development of 600 additional units in Tigard, Cornelius, and Portland.

Freddy Saxton

Freddy is a native Oregonian, 3rd generation realtor, and 2020 Lincoln County Board of Realtors President. He spent two decades as a home builder, was the 2017 News-Times Reader's Choice Awards Best REALTOR and sits on the Habitat for Humanity board.

Ken Trautman

Ken is co-founder and CEO of People’s Bank of Commerce in Medford. Ken’s bank committed over $1.2M toward local wildfire relief efforts and is working with partners to provide some of the long-term housing that will be essential to the region's rebuild.

Margaret Salazar

Margaret Salazar has served as Director of Oregon Housing and Community Services since 2016. Prior to her appointment, Salazar served as the Director of the Portland Field Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Representative Jack Zika

Jack Zika represents House District 53 in the Oregon Legislature, covering the City of Redmond as well as the communities of Tumalo, Sunriver, and parts of Bend and Deschutes County. Rep. Zika is Vice-Chair of the Interim House Committee on Housing.

Representative Julie Fahey

Julie Fahey represents HD14 (West Eugene/Junction City) in the Legislature. She chairs the House Housing Committee. Her focus in the Legislature has been on related to worker protections, housing affordability, and economic development.

Mayor Travis Stovall

Travis Stovall was sworn-in to office as Gresham's 28th Mayor on Jan. 5, 2021. A longtime Gresham resident, he is the small business owner and CEO of eRep, Inc.

Jenny Pakula

Jenny currently serves as OAR’s Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the staff programs and activities of the Association.

Linda Navarro

Linda Navarro was appointed president and CEO of the Oregon Bankers Association in 2006 and has worked for the organization for more than 24 years. Linda also serves as president and CEO of the Community Banks of Oregon, a sister organization of the OBA.

Mark Long

Mark came to the OHBA with over 32 years of experience working for the State of Oregon including 17 as Administrator of State Building Codes. Before moving to Salem in 1988 to work as a Factory Building Inspector, he managed a Springfield hardware store.
