We are Dedicated to the Cooperative Housing Movement

The Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives, Inc. (MAHC) is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to assisting the directors and members of housing cooperatives. We are a 501 C3 charitable organization providing support to the cooperative movement through education.  MAHC has been a trusted source for knowledge, advocacy and networking for the cooperative community for more than 50 years. Our membership includes both cooperatives and professionals providing management and support services.  MAHC promotes ethical cooperative management practices through its certified programs, including the Certified Cooperative Specialist (CCS) program.
