MWACSM Professional Presentation Application

The following form will provide a space to submit your professional presentation proposal.

By submitting your professional presentation proposal, you understand that if accepted your presentation could be scheduled for either day of the annual meeting. Additionally, all professional presenters are required to purchase a meeting registration.

All applications are due June 20th, 2026 by 11:59PM (Central Time)
