Alabama Recreation and Parks Association 2026 Conference
The ARPA annual conference will be in Orange Beach Alabama Feb 1 -3 2026. We are accepting proposals in all things parks and recreation related. Speakers will be notified in late summer if their session was accepted.

Are you a vendor or commercial entity?
Vendors are welcome to speak, but cannot promote or sell products during educational sessions
Is speaker requesting compensation? if yes, please list below
Compensation requests must be approved by ARPA. Speakers requesting over $600 must provide a W9 form. Speakers must provide invoice and copy of any receipts for approved reimbursement. Fees will be paid post event, net 10 days with a submitted invoice
Presentation Set up
Standard set up varies on location. Typical set up is class room style. Speaker must provide their own computer. We will provide projector and screen. Please list any special requests below
