Thank you for your interest in submitting a student presentation. We look forward to reviewing your abstract and hopefully adding it to our robust meeting program.
Research proposal abstracts are limited to 2,500 characters (including spaces). The abstract must be informative, and must include the subheadings listed below, in uppercase and bold within the body of the abstract.

Student presenters must include their faculty mentor's name and contact information in this application.
The "Presenting Author" is the individual who will be delivering the presentation, while everyone else associated with the presentation is classified as an "Author".
By submitting this Student Presentation Abstract Application, you understand that if accepted, your presentation could be scheduled for either day of the annual meeting. Additionally, all student presenters are required to purchase a MWACSM membership and meeting registration.
Abstracts submitted between 05/01/26 and 07/02/26 (by 11:59 PM Central Time) will be eligible for undergraduate and graduate student awards.
Abstracts submitted between 07/03/26 and 09/04/26 (by 11:59 PM Central Time) will not eligible for undergraduate and graduate student awards. Submissions close to the final deadline may also not have time to revise and resubmit if rejected.
