The objective of the Dr. J. Carlton Allen Citywide is to encourage and enhance the believer's spiritual growth through the exposition of God's word. The Institute exists to meet the spiritual needs of Christians and to stimulate the overall health of the church. We believe that just as the world is ever-changing, the church must be equipped to advance the cause of Christ without compromising the precepts and principles of Holy Writ.
