To assist conference participants in arranging their
personal hotel accommodations, we are providing our Campus Travel
Management service that includes 16 recommended hotels. This service occasionally
offers discounted rates to some of the included locations. Rates are
controlled exclusively by each hotel and are subject to change daily.
We encourage guests to stay within walking distance of
the Rice
University Kraft Hall venue. Ten (10) of the recommended hotel options
are within 2 miles or less from our campus, and many offer complimentary
shuttle services within a defined radius. Please check with your selected
hotel to reserve shuttle services, if offered.

hotels from our recommended list are within 1 mile of our campus and are
considered within the Texas Medical Center/Museum District Area. These hotels are listed below in order of
closest proximity to Rice University. We have provided the specific radius for each
