Speakers

Ed Lemke

Ed Lemke is President and Board Chair of AOWMA and President of Complete Sewer and Water Solutions (CSWS). With 30+ years of experience and an AMA Certificate of Competency, he specializes in private wastewater systems.

Brock Olive

Brock Olive is Executive Director of AOWMA and WCOWMA, leading workforce training and professional standards in the onsite wastewater sector. He brings 20+ years of experience in education leadership, credential development, and industry partnerships.

Mike Szyszka

Mike Szyszka is a serial entrepreneur, founder of Reaction Digital, and Director at the Alberta Chamber of Commerce. He splits his time between Canada and the Caribbean, balancing board meetings, multiple startups, and family life.

Danny Stoesz

Danny Stoesz is a seasoned regulatory leader with 20+ years in Alberta’s safety system. A journeyman plumber/gasfitter since 2005, he moved from owning a plumbing business to public service in 2012 and now leads codes and standards development.

Leisbeth Glotze

Liesbeth Glotze is a Kamloops-based onsite wastewater practitioner with nearly 30 years’ experience installing septic systems across BC. A ROWP since 2004, former WCOWMA-BC board member, and WCOWMA trainer since 2022.

Barry Orr

Barry Orr is an Environmental Science Officer in Victoria, BC, with 30 years’ experience in wastewater compliance and environmental protection. He works with municipalities and industry to support safe, sustainable sewer and onsite systems.
