For all NHGFOA members and conference sponsors, the ​registration ​fee ​is ​$275.00 and $330.00 for non-members. ​ ​If ​you ​wish ​to ​bring ​a ​guest, ​the ​registration fee ​is ​$185.00. ​ ​Registration ​includes: ​all ​sessions, ​Thursday ​night's ​lodging, Thursday's ​lunch, ​dinner, ​and ​entertainment, ​Friday's ​breakfast, ​lunch, ​and ​gratuities. ​ ​To be in the main hotel, all overnight ​registrations ​must ​be ​submitted ​by April 7, 2026.  All reservations past this date will be made at the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Concord Downtown located at 172 North Main Street.  It is 1.3 miles from the main conference venue and a very walkable 0.5mi from Arts Alley. ​ You MUST register guests separately.  Do not include their meals in your registration. Prior to checkout, there is an option to register another person.  

Thursday ​night's ​lodging ​is ​included ​in ​the ​$275 and $330 registration ​fees. NHGFOA will be making the reservation on your behalf.  A room confirmation will be slow to come. We appreciate your patience. 

For commuters, the ​conference ​registration ​fee ​for ​NHGFOA ​members ​and ​conference ​sponsors is ​$100.00/​day ​and ​$150.00/​day ​for ​non-members. ​ ​Registration ​includes all ​sessions ​and ​meals ​for ​each ​day.

Register a guest for Thursday night's events at Arts Alley for $80.

NEW THIS YEAR: NHGFOA will be hosting a job fair for prospective future public sector employees on Friday Morning. Please bring any open or known future job postings or volunteer opportunities you may have and leave them at the registration table when picking up your name tags on Thursday.
