ACCF Offshore Critical Minerals Exploration & Development Forum
The Willard Intercontinental Hotel

As global demand for critical minerals accelerates, offshore resources are increasingly viewed as an important component of long-term supply chain resilience and national security. Advancing offshore critical minerals exploration and development, however, requires a coordinated approach that balances scientific understanding, environmental stewardship, regulatory clarity, and economic feasibility.

The ACCF Offshore Critical Minerals Exploration & Development Forum convenes leaders from across the U.S. government, private sector, and research community to examine current efforts and emerging opportunities in this space. Through expert panels, presentations, and open discussion, the forum will explore recent executive actions, federal data-gathering and mapping initiatives, permitting and leasing frameworks, and the future of mineral transport, processing, and markets—while identifying opportunities for public-private collaboration to support responsible development.
