To help you get ready, we’ve put together some frequently asked questions and what to expect when you arrive:

Frequently Asked Questions

➤ I forgot to add a child — can I add one now?
Unfortunately, no. We are at full capacity for the number of children allowed.

➤ Can I come earlier than my scheduled time?
No. If you cannot come at your assigned time, we will offer your spot to the next family on the waitlist.

➤ Can my friends register?
The event and waitlist are both full. However, Kenzie’s Cause is also hosting an event on December 6, and registration opens on December 4.

➤ Can someone else shop for me?
Yes, but only if we are notified before the event. If someone arrives with your confirmation without prior notice, they will not be allowed to shop.

➤ Where is the event?
At Adams County Human Services in Westminster. The event is indoors.

➤ I’ve never attended — what should I expect?
Families will check in at the entrance, then go downstairs to the gift shop.
Please expect longer lines and wait times this year.

Inside the shop, families may select 3 gifts per child, and children ages 3–18 will also receive a hoodie and socks.

After checkout, families can wrap gifts in the wrapping room or ask volunteers for help. We will also have:
• Seasonal music
• Santa & the Grinch 🎅💚
• Sweets & hot chocolate
• A kids’ gift shop (ages 3–18) where children can pick gifts for family/friends
• A frozen meal to take home

Para ayudarle a prepararse, aquí están algunas preguntas frecuentes y qué puede esperar cuando llegue:

➤ Olvidé agregar a un niño — ¿puedo agregarlo ahora?
Lamentablemente no. Ya estamos a la máxima capacidad de niños permitidos.

➤ ¿Puedo llegar antes de mi hora programada?
No. Si no puede asistir a su hora asignada, ofreceremos su lugar a la siguiente familia en la lista de espera.

➤ ¿Mis amigos pueden registrarse?
El evento y la lista de espera ya están llenos. Sin embargo, Kenzie’s Cause también tendrá un evento el 6 de diciembre, y el registro abre el 4 de diciembre.

➤ ¿Otra persona puede venir a comprar por mí?
Sí, pero solo si nos notifica antes del evento. Si alguien llega con su confirmación sin aviso previo, no podrá participar.

➤ ¿Dónde es el evento?
En Adams County Human Services en Westminster. El evento es dentro del edificio.

➤ Es mi primera vez — ¿qué puedo esperar?
Las familias harán check-in en la entrada y luego bajarán a la tienda de regalos.
