Welcome to the 10th annual Building Engineers in K-5 Classrooms Conference! Each spring since 2015, this conference has been provided to NC educators at no cost, allowing all to have access to the BEST STEM professional development available in the state of North Carolina.


Conference Quick Facts

  • Each of the past four years, there have been more than 40 different NC counties represented.
  • Between 35+ unique PD sessions offered every year by the absolute BEST presenters with practical classroom strategies to employ immediately.
  • All costs are covered by our generous sponsors, which means:  FREE registration, FREE lunch, and FREE snacks (and sometimes breakfast if enough sponsors are acquired).
  • Conference has grown from an initial attendee # of ~150 to regularly hosting 325+.
