The Black Queer Legacy Summit is a free, community-centered gathering designed to uplift, connect, and celebrate Black queer voices, leadership, and lived experience. Taking place on Friday, June 5 from 12–5 PM at the Ashe Cultural Arts Center, the summit will feature lunch, interactive dynamic panel discussions, and intentional networking opportunities. Created as a space for learning, dialogue, and collective growth, this event brings together community members, creatives, advocates, and leaders to honor legacy while building pathways forward. The summit is powered by ViiV Healthcare and is open to all—registration is required, but attendance is free.

Del'Rio Cole, DSW, LMSW, HIVPCP, CCM
Dr. Del’Rio Cole is a psychotherapist, professor, and scholar focused on trauma, mental health, and culturally responsive care. His work centers on religious trauma in the Black LGBTQIA+ community, integrating clinical practice, research, and advocacy.
Rev. Peter Sean Scie is an ordained minister, Navy veteran, educator, and community advocate committed to justice, liberation, service, and transformative leadership.
