Cocktails + Cross-Pollination is a fun evening of meeting new people, building authentic relationships, and continuing to transform our city by getting to know people you normally wouldn't run into!

New to Cocktails + Cross-Pollination? Need a refresher? Here's the scoop:

This is not your typical networking event.
It’s an opportunity to build relationships with people you normally wouldn’t meet!

Cocktails + Cross-Pollination grew out of an observation by two diverse leaders who noticed they were often the only ones who looked like them in their respective networks.

They created this event series to give people opportunities to get to know people outside of their normal networks first and foremost as people. The events themselves are relatively simple: there's food, drinks, and lots of conversation - other than a brief welcome, that's it.

To help keep the focus on building relationships, we ask everyone to follow three rules:

1. Use first names only.
2. Don't talk about work — talk about whatever’s important to you!
3. No posturing — be yourself!
