60 Years of Head Start: Empowering Children for a Lifetime
December 9 - 10, 2025  ·  Galt House

Join us at the Kentucky Head Start Association 2025 Conference as we celebrate a remarkable milestone: "60 Years of Head Start: Empowering Children for a Lifetime." This theme honors the legacy of Head Start while looking ahead to the future of early childhood education in the Commonwealth.

For six decades, Head Start programs across Kentucky have united leaders, educators, parents, and community partners to create opportunities that shape the lives of children and families. This year’s conference will highlight innovative practices and strengthen the collaborative spirit that drives us forward—empowering children to thrive and laying the foundation for lifelong success.

Through dynamic sessions and discussions, we’ll explore strategies to ensure every child and program in Kentucky has the tools to succeed—not just today, but for generations to come. Together, we’ll celebrate the past, embrace the present, and envision the future of Head Start’s mission to transform lives across the Commonwealth.
