Charlene has been in the field of early childhood for more than 40 years. She spent 33 years of her career at a community action agency, where she held a variety of positions, including the Director of the Head Start program and CEO.
Chris Prichard serves as the Programs and Trainings Coordinator at Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, where he leads statewide training initiatives focused on child abuse prevention, family support, and trauma-informed care.
A licensed psychologist, author, speaker, and founder of Make Words Matter. She specializes in communication, behavior, leadership, and emotional development, with experience across clinical practice, higher education, and early childhood systems.
Emily graduated from NKU with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education.
A first-generation college graduate from a low-income family, Grace McKenzie, MSW, has focused her career on supporting systems that work for all families and students.
Holly Ackerman is the Manager of Early Childhood Outreach at KET, a leader in digital education resources. She has been in the field of early childhood education for more than 20 years.
Laura holds a BS in Human Services from the University of the Cumberlands and has more than 15 years of experience leading family engagement initiatives.
Rina has 30-years of experience in education, which she began as a preschool and kindergarten teacher. Rina has championed equitable access to high-quality early care and education and collaborated with partners in the early care and education community.
