We exist to support you.
Beginning this July, Little Oaks is gathering a small group of parents and primary caregivers for six evenings of connection, reflection, and honest conversation.
There is no pressure, no judgment, and no pretending everything is fine.
Just a room of people who get it.
A small, clinician-guided support circle for parents and primary caregivers of autistic children, under 7 years old.
Together we'll explore:
This isn't a lecture or parenting class.
This is a place to exhale.

Each gathering will include:
Some evenings may have a theme.
Others may simply meet the moment.
The group will help shape the conversation.
Brette Stein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Hidden Abilities NY.
Her work centers on neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based support for autistic individuals, caregivers, and families.
More importantly, she understands how important it is to create spaces where people feel safe enough to be real.

To support trust and connection, participation is limited to 8–10 caregivers.
This is a closed cohort, meaning the same group meets together each week.
We ask that participants make every effort to attend all six sessions.
