Program Overview: 

One in 10 patients is subject to an adverse event while receiving hospital care in high-income countries.  This contributes to 2.6 million deaths annually worldwide.  Our claims data tells us documentation issues occur in all healthcare settings and by all types of professions.  Documenting well is essential to safe patient care and the defense of a malpractice claim.  The goal of this module is to help you strengthen your documentation skills.
