Becoming a lawyer in California doesn’t have to mean going to law school or going into debt. Join Esq. Apprentice for a powerful workshop created for women of color ready to learn about the legal apprenticeship pathway–and ready to build the self-awareness, community, and confidence to pursue it.
Together, we’ll explore how to turn lived experience, resilience, and purpose into tools for justice–justice for ourselves, for our families, and for our communities. Come learn, connect, unwind, and imagine a sustainable career in the legal field, on your own terms.
In this session, you’ll:
Build self-awareness and resilience as we unpack the unique challenges women of color face navigating poverty, toxic stress, and systemic barriers–and explore how to turn those lived experiences into sources of strength, empathy, and purpose.
Connect with a community of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian women who understand where you’re coming from, and are walking the same path.
Learn everything you need to know about becoming a lawyer in California without going to law school–including how the legal apprenticeship pathway works, what it requires, and how Esq. Apprentice supports you every step of the way.
