Stressor Stroll: Eyes on Ergonomics is a one-day hands-on ergonomics workshop that teaches participants how to identify ergonomic stressors in real work environments. Through a brief classroom overview and a structured facility walk-through, attendees learn the fundamentals of ergonomics, recognize common risk factors that contribute to musculoskeletal injuries, and evaluate improvement options using the hierarchy of controls. Participants leave with documented observations and practical insights they can use to support injury prevention, operational improvements, and informed risk reduction decisions.
