- E5-E7, GS7-GS9, MLCs: $85.00
- E8-O5, GS10-GS14: $115.00
- O6 and above, GS15: $135.00
*Ticket costs include: 5-course dinner, cake, facility fees, entertainment, transportation, and keepsake memento.
** Childcare will not be provided. Guests will need to coordinate their own childcare.

- Military: Army Service Uniform (ASU), Mess Dress, or Army Service Green Uniform (AGSU)
- Civilian: Formal Black Tie
