Vetopia Equine Leadership Event
Bringing together Vetopia's equine leaders
June 11 - 13, 2026  ·  Pferdeklinik Niederlenz

Over 2 days, through interactive workshops and peer exchange with an experienced industry and equine veterinarian Mike Pownall, we will explore topics such as:

  • Modern veterinary leadership beyond the “hero vet” model
  • Creating clarity, trust, and psychological safety in teams
  • Recruiting and retaining vets and nurses in today’s context
  • Linking time, value, and money in a sustainable way
  • The future of equine practice, including the role of AI and scribes in reducing cognitive and administrative load

The format will be highly interactive, limited to approximately 35 equine vets, with the aim of encouraging honest discussion, shared learning, and practical take-aways.

Participants will be invited to arrive the evening before (Thursday 11th of June), with a welcome dinner, followed by a full day of workshops on Friday and until 4pm on Saturday.

This event will be hosted by Pferdeklinik Niederlenz and organized in collaboration with VLEARN
