Tom Loucks

I am the Communications Director for the City of Marshfield and oversee the community media division.

Andy Radig

Andy has worked as Communications Coordinator for the City of Oshkosh for the past 6 years. Overall, he has worked in community media for 30 years in various roles ranging from talk show host to broadcast engineer.

Michael Bradley

Mike is a partner at Bradley Werner, LLC. He'll be presenting on ADA compliance at the WCM conference. He has been a leading advocate for sustainable Community Media Funding, including broadband franchising.

Jeremy Crosby

Jeremy Crosby is the Communications Manager for the City of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, serving since 2010, where he leads communications, oversees FACTv, and has hosted Talking Fitchburg since 2016 to keep the community informed and connected.

Bree Loushine

Supervised student staff in coordinating sports and live event operations, ensuring smooth execution of live sports programs and activities.

Joe Mabie

Live event specialist for UW-Whitewater with 10 years of professional video experience.

Andrew Noffke

Andrew Noffke (he/him) is a UI/UX Designer for the City of Waukesha, where he spends his days making sure the City’s digital presence is clear, usable, and welcoming to everyone.

Shannon Slatton Schwartz

Shannon Slatton Schwartz loves to tell a good story—in any medium. An Emmy Award-winning journalist, she has spent more than two decades working in commercial and community media. She is the executive director of CCX Media.

Anthony Tirrell

Anthony Tirrell is the Video Production Coordinator for the City of Waukesha, where he has worked since 2023 producing videos, podcasts, and digital media.
