Competent Person Walkway Auditor Training Webinar Series - Part 1
March 04, 2026

Slips, trips, and falls continue to be the leading cause of workplace injuries and claims across the Trustbut they don't have to be. This two-part training program is designed to help participants recognize, evaluate, and control the hazards that cause these incidents and to implement practical, lasting prevention strategies. Attendees will learn to describe the true impact of slips, trips, and falls in the workplace, define key terminology, and identify common hazards unique to healthcare environments.

Through a combination of live webinars, interactive exercises, and a hands-on walkway audit, participants will gain the skills to assess high-risk areas within their facilities, develop an effective auditing and inspection plan, and apply proven controls for slip, trip, and fall prevention.  By the end of this course, you'll walk away with actionable strategies to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and protect both staff and patients from preventable injures.

Once you register, we will automatically register you for part 2.  Please expect two separate confirmation emails.  If you do not receive email confirmations within 48 hours, please reach out to Tracey Salisbury at tsalisbury@antumrisk.com.
