Atlanta Chapter Meeting - March 2026
Don't Wait for Perfect: Growing FAIR and Cyber Risk Programs Together
March 25, 2026  ·  Oak Street Bottle Shop
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM (ET)

The Atlanta Chapter is gearing up for its first meeting of 2026! Join us for an exclusive event focused on building and maturing cyber risk management programs through FAIR™. Whether you are just starting out and need guidance on launching a program or working with FAIR™ every day and need a jolt of inspiration, this event is for you!

This session will reveal how leading organizations bypass the trap of waiting for a "perfect" cyber risk program before implementing FAIR™ quantitative analysis. Learn a practical playbook for maturing both capabilities simultaneously—using FAIR™ as an active tool to build governance, clarify risk ownership, and standardize threat modeling while generating credible results from day one. Discover which foundations you actually need before your first analysis, what can evolve iteratively, and how to sequence development to maintain momentum and stakeholder confidence. Real-world lessons highlight common pitfalls and pragmatic patterns that make FAIR™ decision-useful even in immature environments.

Agenda:

  • 5:30-6:00 PM - Arrival and Networking
  • 6:00-6:10 PM - Introductions, Chapter Business, Institute Updates
    • Chapter Co-Chairs: Jimmy Lummis & Donna Gallaher
