SUMMIT PASS:
The Summit Pass includes the following services:
- Participation in the 4th Caribbean Logistics Summit in Jamaica, scheduled from January 26th to 30th 2027 (4 nights) at the Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters Hotel.
- Private dinners and social activities organized by the Network.
- Two days of One-on-One meetings.
- Teambuilding and leisure day activities, arranged by the Network.
The Summit Pass does NOT include:
- The annual membership fee for the Caribbean Logistics Summit Network.
- Cost of accommodation on all-inclusive basis at the Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters Hotel.
ATTENDANCE / HOTEL BOOKINGS:
- Attendance at the 4th Caribbean Logistics Summit is limited to registered members of the Caribbean Logistics Summit Network who have submitted the registration form online, made a booking at the hotel through the provided link, and have no outstanding annual membership fee. The participation of companies providing external services and guest companies is subject to the discretion of the Network.
- The Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters Hotel provides special group room rates for attendees 3 days before and after the Summit dates - from January 23th (earliest check-in) to February 3rd (latest check-out).
- Registration for the Summit is confirmed only after the registration form has been filled out online, submitted for approval, and received confirmation from the Network.
- To participate in the Summit, hotel accommodations must be booked exclusively through the booking link provided by the Network.
- Families with children must stay in the family section of the hotel. Please choose the Royalton Blue Waters hotel when making your reservation.
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude bank fees/transaction fees.
- Payments can be processed through bank transfers, PayPal or direct card payment links.
- Payments are required within 7 days of the invoice issuance.
CANCELLATIONS:
- If a registered attendee is unable to attend the Summit, the company may send a substitute representative.
- If a company representative is unable to attend the Summit, a cancellation request must be made no later than 90 days before the event start date. In this case, 20% of the paid summit package fee will be transferred as a deposit for the next annual summit. If the cancellation request is made fewer than 90 days before the event starts, no deposit will be carried over for a future event. Please note that refunds are not possible.
- Accommodation cancellations are managed by the hotel, and the terms are provided at the time of booking.
