WVCEOS will be hosting it's Annual Fall Conference In-Person at Jackson's Mill, October 6-8, 2026. The conference is for CEOS Members only. Registration will open Monday, August 3, at 9:00 a.m. and will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026. Lodge reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Call Jackson's Mill to reserve your room starting August 3rd at 9:00 a.m. 304-269-5100.

IMPORTANT LODGING update. 

The WVU Jackson's Mill Lodge is still closed at this time for renovations (They are adding elevators and making it handicap accessible). There is a strong possibility that the Lodge will be open in time for the CEOS Fall Conference. And we will email everyone as soon as we find out closer to the conference.  The other Jackson's Mill Cabins and Dormitories are still open for availability, just not the Main Lodge. For now we recommend that you call Jackson's Mill for Lodging first (304)-269-5100 ON or AFTER August 3rd at 9:00 a.m. or call the Quality Inn to reserve a room.

The Quality Inn off exit 99 is about 10 minutes away. 2906 US-33, Weston, WV 26452, (304) 406-6019. They are roughly $60 per night. We are recommending that if you want, Starting August 3rd, After calling Jackson's Mill to see if there is suitable availability or not. Then call the Quality Inn and reserve a room for yourself, so that you at the least have a confirmed place to stay when the conference arrives.

If the Jackson's Mill lodge is ready by our Fall Conference; and when the Mill staff contacts WVU saying that they can take reservations; we will send out an email letting everyone know. If the Lodge opens and you are able to make your reservation with Jackson's Mill for the lodge, you will be able to cancel your reservation with Quality Inn. Quality Inn is aware of the situation. Again, the other Jackson's Mill Cabins and Dormitories are still open for availability, just not the Main Lodge.

Sorry for repeating a few things, we are just trying to be as transparent as possible to help everyone not have too much stress trying to reserve their rooms. 

• Class fees such as craft and cooking classes, will be mailed separately at the time of when you register to the Presenter of that Class. Your Registration Fee will be mailed (preferred) the normal way to the WVU Extension Main Office at Allen Hall or paid by Credit Card (If pay by Credit Card there is a credit card fee of 6% that will apply). Your Lodging is separate from your Registration Fee and is paid to WVU Jackson's Mill.
