Integrating Vehicle Data in Fleets, Commercial Vehicles, and Adjacent Industries
The global COVESA member community and non-members will gather in Novi, Michigan, on 28-29 October, 2026.
The event will be held at the Sheraton Detroit Novi, and the program will consist of one business track and two technical tracks each day. Social and networking opportunities include breaks, lunches and a 2-hour Demo Showcase and Reception on the evening of the October 28th during which members and non-members are encouraged to demonstrate their products, proofs of concepts, and discuss their company's offerings. COVESA has opened a call for participation (CFP) for the program tracks at the event. Details on the CFP can be found here.The themes for the fall event include:

Prospective speakers are asked to download, complete, and return the session proposal template to Sue Schmitt at sschmitt@inventures.com no later than August 15, 2026. Please note that COVESA sessions are designed to educate, inform and inspire. COVESA does not approve sessions that are primarily company or product marketing pitches. Within the guidelines of the Membership Benefit program, COVESA members are welcome to attend free of charge (though registration is required and discount codes are sent to the primary member representative). Non-members are welcome for a small fee.

COVESA AMM Cancellation policy
Please note our cancellation policy: A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
Due to additional costs associated with cancellations, a refund fee of $30.00 will be charged for all cancellations.
