Massachusetts Senior Games: Stay Fit. Have Fun. Make Friends.

Join the Massachusetts Senior Games for an interactive session that brings movement and connection to life. With indoor disc golf and bocce set up for participants to try, this workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the spirit of the Games. Learn how adults ages 50–100+ are coming together through athletics that promote healthy movement, friendly competition, and lifelong connections.

The Massachusetts Senior Games is a statewide program offering a wide range of activities—from pickleball and swimming to track and field and more—held throughout the year. Learn more and explore opportunities to get involved.

Whether you’re new to organized activities or looking to stay engaged in a fun and supportive way, this session is all about trying something new, connecting with others, and enjoying the experience.


Aging in Place with Confidence

Focus: Educating older adults and their families to better understand their housing equity options in retirement.
