Join us for the MCSA 2027 March Training Event—a full day of education designed to strengthen the people, leadership, wellness, and technology that power emergency communications.
Choose from a variety of engaging breakout sessions covering leadership development, accountability, workplace culture, career advancement, peer support, mental wellness, crisis leadership, quality assurance, and the technology behind today's 9-1-1 systems. Whether you're a telecommunicator, supervisor, trainer, QA professional, or communications leader, you'll leave with practical tools and ideas you can immediately apply in your center.
The day includes breakfast, lunch, networking opportunities, and up to 8 hours of professional training. The Massachusetts State 911 Department has approved this training day for 8 hours of continuing education.
PSAPs should refer to their FY 2027 Training Grant Award in addition to the grant guidelines to determine eligibility for reimbursement of this training course.
Important: On the day of the event, all attendees must check in at the registration desk upon arrival. Check-in is required to verify attendance and receive your training certificate following the event. You will check-in for each class for credit.
