Training
presentations will take place Monday-Wednesday from 8:30am - 5:00pm each day in
the Grand Ballroom. You must check-in for each session to receive your certificate at the end of conference. Please download the "Eventleaf Guide" app from your app store ahead of arriving to the conference. You will need to create an account using the email address that you registered with in order to access the conference and sign into the sessions.
The exhibitors will
be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer of the Marriott Griffin Gate Hotel
during registration and throughout the conference. Please take time to visit
them and get your passport card signed for a special prize!
If you have
questions, or need assistance while at the conference, please find an ROCIC
staff person wearing a red lanyard and they will be glad to assist.

There will be a lunch buffet offering served in the Bluegrass Pavilion each day Mon-Wed for lunch at the per diem rate of $22. Menus will be posted when confirmed.

Where will conference registration be located?

What are state intelligence meetings and where will they be located?
State Intelligence Meetings are a time for attendees to meet with their Board Member and Proxy and ROCIC Law Enforcement Coordinator to discuss state specific cases and information sharing. Meetings will be held in various rooms and locations will be updated here on the "Agenda" tab on this website when confirmed. We will also announce these during the conference. Questions? What is the dress for the conference?
Attire for ROCIC conferences may range from casual, to business casual, to professional dress according to the preference of the attendee and any policy from their agency. A light jacket is recommended as the ballroom can sometimes be chilly.
Can I walk to restaurants from my hotel?
There is an onsite dining option at the Marriott (Bluegrass Bistro) as well as a one restaurant within a short walk (Sedona Taphouse). There are quite a few restaurants nearby the hotel that require a short drive.
