## By Car

St Hilda's College is located on Cowley Place (OX4 1DY), just off the Plain Roundabout at the end of Oxford High Street.

Traffic Restrictions & ZEZ: Oxford operates a Zero Emission Zone (ZEZ) in sections of the city centre, alongside active Low Traffic Neighborhoods (LTNs) and bus gates. While Cowley Place itself sits just outside the core ZEZ area, your driving route through Oxford may pass through restricted zones. Please check the Oxford City Council website to review charges and restricted routes before traveling.

## Parking

There is no parking on-site at St Hilda's College for attendees or sponsors. We strongly encourage using public transport or Oxford's Park & Ride bus system (Thornhill and Redbridge are the most convenient locations for those arriving from the south and east).

Sponsors are welcome to enter the College via the vehicle entrance to drop of materials but must park outside of the College.

## By Train

Oxford Railway Station has direct links to London Paddington, London Marylebone, and major cross-country routes. From the station, the venue is:

  • A 25-minute walk through the city centre via High Street.
  • A 10–15 minute taxi ride (ranks are located directly outside the station).
  • A short ride on local buses (such as the 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, or 9) from the station to the Magdalen Street or Speedwell Street stops, followed by a short walk over Magdalen Bridge

## By Coach (From London)

Oxford is served by express coach services from central London, including the Oxford Tube:

  • Alight at the St Clement's stop.
  • From St Clement's, it is a 5-minute walk to St Hilda's College via The Plain and Cowley Place.

## By Local Bus

Frequent local bus routes run through the city centre and stop nearby at Magdalen Bridge or The Plain (including routes 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9). Consult the Oxford Bus Company or Stagecoach journey planners to plan your route.

On-Site Navigation & Accessibility

Finding the Buildings

  • JdP Music Building: approx. 2 minute walk from the main entrance of the College..

Accessibility

  • JdP Music Building: Features step-free access from the pavement to the main entrance, foyer, and ground-floor auditorium seating. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor near the main entrance.
  • The Pavilion: Offers level, step-free access via double doors facing the garden, with seamless flow between the sponsor stall area and catering stations. Accessible restrooms are on the ground floor of the Pavilion.
