SENA 2026 Spring Meeting

We apologise if you are unable to register before the seats are filled.  As and when we secure additional funding, more seats will be made available.  Please add your name to the waiting list if the event is full booked.

The South of England Neurosciences Association holds two meetings annually delivering high quality, continuing medical educational and professional development to healthcare professionals in the neurosciences, and to provide a forum for networking and collaboration.

The meeting is pending approval by the Royal College of Physicians for up to 6 CPD credits.

SENA invites the Consultants, Registrars and Fellows at all hospitals related to the major Neuroscience Centres in South of England; namely:

  • St. George's Hospital (including Guildford)
  • Kings, St Thomas', Guy's Hospitals (including Canterbury)
  • Oxford University and John Radcliffe Hospital
  • Southampton General Hospital and University Hospital Southampton
  • Charing Cross and Imperial College Hospitals
  • King's College, St Thomas', and Guy's Hospital (including Canterbury)
  • The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN)
  • University Hospitals Sussex
  • The Royal London Hospital
  • Royal Free Hospital

Healthcare professionals and students in the neurosciences and related disciplines and subspecialities of these regions are also welcome to register.

Access and accessibility

The Derek Willoughby Lecture Theatre is located on the ground floor of the John Vane Science Centre with step free access into the theatre.

The Shield Café is in Dawson Hall, Charterhouse Square, and is fully accessible for all users.

By Car

Parking is restricted and we ask all attendees and sponsors to travel by public transport where possible.

By Train

By Underground

By Bus

The campus can be accessed via bus 4 (Archway Station to Waterloo Station), 56 (Whipps Cross to St Pauls) and 153 (Finsbury Park to Liverpool Street Station).

Bus routes 55 (Lea Bridge Road to Oxford Circus) and 243 (Wood Green to Waterloo Station) also pass very close by.
