Climate and Attire: Temperatures should range from the mid 80s during the day to the mid 60s in the evening. The following dress information should be helpful:
- Business Casual: We suggest packing layers as hotel event spaces are not always regulated well.
Meals and Beverages: Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner are included for you as per the itinerary.

Gratuities: Gratuities for all services and activities as outlined in the itinerary have been included for you by CVSN. Gratuities for services you may receive on your own are at your discretion.
Personal Incidental Accounts: The Hyatt Regency DFW will establish an incidental account for you for items of personal nature such as gift purchases, spa appointments, internet, phone charges, laundry, etc. These items will be at your own expense and may be paid by you at check out with cash or credit card including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. Do NOT use a debit card.
Items Not Included in your Program: Items strictly of a personal nature, such as laundry, medication, and telephone calls are not covered by CVSN. Taxi, bus, optional tours, and entertainment that you may elect to take on your own that are not listed in the itinerary are at your own expense. As well as, any expenses associated with deviations from the scheduled program dates.
