Brett Stuart is a founding partner of Global AgriTrends. He was formerly employed by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) as their lead economist.
Mike Mower serves as Senior Advisor of Community Outreach and Intergovernmental Affairs for Utah Governor Spencer Cox. He is currently the longest-serving senior staff member in any Governor’s Office.
Tyson Roberts currently serves as Vice President for the Utah Farm Bureau Federation, having been elected in 2024. Roberts is a produce farmer and represents the 6th generation of Roberts’ to farm in Layton, Utah (Davis County).
ValJay Rigby is a 5th generation farmer from Newton, Utah, and serves as the 19th President of the Utah Farm Bureau Federation. Rigby was elected in November 2023.
Raised on a crop and livestock farm near Mingo, Erin practices primarily in the areas of agricultural law, estate and trust planning, and probate and trust administration.
Emily Ashby is the Program Manager of Utah's Own, a program run through Utah's Department of Agriculture and Food with a mission to promote and support the agriculture and food industries.
Riley Peck was appointed director of the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources in January 2025. He leads the division’s efforts in the responsible management and conservation of the state’s fish and wildlife.
Jeremy Christensen joined UDAF in 2023 as the Land Conservation Program Manager, overseeing UDAF’s conservation easement program and the LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Fund.
