OPAL-RT is co-hosting a workshop on controls development and testing for electric aircraft with the University of Bath and special support from the IEEE UK and Ireland Power Electronics Chapter.

The workshop will feature a full day of technical insights, including keynote sessions by Tom Feehally of GKN Aerospace and Nouman Sadiq of Collins Aerospace. Speakers from OPAL-RT, Vertical Aerospace, University of Nottingham, University of Bath, and IAAPS will uncover the latest in advanced testing applications for aerospace projects.

Explore breakthroughs in aerospace electrification, including HIL testing, hybrid-electric propulsion, advanced electrical systems, BMS development, and more. Live HIL demonstrations and a lab tour of the IAAPS facility will bolster the day's learning and exchanges.
