Event Overview: Join us for a fun and engaging introduction to field hockey designed specifically for children aged 7-13. This 6 week programme aims to introduce young participants to the basics of field hockey in a friendly and supportive environment.

Academy Highlights:

• Basic Skills Training: Learn fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting.
• Interactive Drills: Participate in fun drills and exercises to develop coordination and teamwork.
• Mini Matches: Enjoy friendly mini matches to practice new skills in a game setting.
• Equipment Provided: All necessary equipment, including sticks and balls, will be provided.
• Qualified Coaches: Sessions will be led by experienced and certified field hockey coaches
• DBS checked and Club Insured: Yes

What to Bring:

• Wear comfortable sportswear (layered)
• Wear trainers or astro trainers (no studs of any kind)
• Gum Shield and Shin Pads  (compulsory by England Hockey National Governing Body)
• Water bottle
